Why This Matters to Jessie
Heart disease has touched Jessie’s life in many ways. She has experienced the loss of close friends to heart-related complications, managed hypertension for nearly eight years, and witnessed firsthand how education and quick action can save lives when a cardiac emergency occurs.
These experiences have strengthened her resolve to be part of the solution — helping raise awareness, expand education, and support the research and resources that protect families and communities every day.
