Being a first-time homeowner, I knew a trusted plumbing company partner would need to be on top of my speed-dial list. Thanks to Alex Roloff of Milestone Plumbing, I’m set to go as a newly confirmed & loyal client of the company and Alex, without question! The customer service crew’s professionalism, prompt reply to my email & phone call outreach, and their consistent follow-up by staying on top of any canceled service calls is stellar!

They even found a way to slide my kitchen concerns in a day ahead of schedule, a rare notion to be sure! We live in a 1950’s tri-level that has come with its fair share of quirks. This week our bathtub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possibly think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was a worst-case scenario and a wall was going to have to be ripped out.

Milestone got us in the next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our “old pipe” issues and within a matter of minutes, he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bathtub. We recently needed plumbing service to video our drainage and sewer pipes. Trina who scheduled the service was awesome. She was so helpful and kind with all my questions and was a great representative for the company. Dan came out and put the camera through the pipes. He explained everything he saw while he was doing it, was extremely patient with all of our many questions and really gave us confidence in this company. We will definitely ask for him personally if we need our pipes cleaned out. The next day, the operations manager called to also go over the results of the video after giving it a second look. He gave us additional suggestions to care for our pipes and was also very patient with my many questions. Amazing employees. We will definitely use this company again!!
