There are so many wonderful charities in our community that we wish we could donate to all, but that is just not possible. To assist us with determining the best charities that align with our mission, we need to know more about your charity and its mission. Please complete the form below.
DONATION REQUEST INFORMATION
For your cause to be considered for a donation, your organization must be a U.S. based IRS501©(3) qualified charitable organization
We will not consider any of the following requests:
- Contributions to a political candidate or organization.
- Contributions to any organization outside of the State of Wisconsin.
- Contributions to organizations that discriminate by race, creed, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other legal basis prohibited by law.
- We will not consider donation requests by phone or verbal solicitations.
- Completing a Donation Request Form does not constitute a donation!
